Welcome to ROI Machines. By purchasing or downloading our digital products, including Private Label Rights (PLR) content, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this License Agreement. Our content is designed to provide flexibility and value, allowing you to customize and rebrand it to suit your needs. To maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our products, the following terms and conditions apply.

1. Definitions

  • "Content": Refers to all digital products available on www.roimachines.store, including but not limited to eBooks, courses, articles, videos, software, reports, and templates.

  • "PLR Content": Specific content labeled as Private Label Rights, granting certain modification and rebranding rights to the purchaser.

  • "Non-PLR Content": Content provided for educational purposes without resell or modification rights.

  • "We," "Us," "Our": Refers to ROI Machines.

  • "You," "Your": Refers to the individual or entity purchasing or downloading our content.

 

2. Usage Rights

For PLR Content, you are granted the following rights:​

  • Rebranding: You are permitted to add your name, logo, and other branding elements, presenting the content as your own after substantial modifications.​

For Non-PLR Content, usage is strictly limited to personal educational purposes. No modification, rebranding, resale, or distribution is permitted.​

3. Restrictions

To preserve the quality and exclusivity of our content, the following restrictions apply:

  • No Reselling of PLR Rights: You are prohibited from reselling or distributing the content with PLR, Resell Rights, or Master Resell Rights. The content must remain exclusive to your use.

  • No Sharing of Original Files: You may not share the editable or original files downloaded from our site with individuals or entities outside your business.​

  • Internal Use Only: Sharing PLR Content with team members or virtual assistants is permitted, provided they are part of the same business entity that purchased the license. The content must only be used for the purposes of the purchasing business.​

  • No Attribution to ROI Machines: You are not permitted to use our name or "ROI Machines" in or on the content you distribute.​

  • No Redistribution in Original Form: Distributing the content as-is or with minimal changes is prohibited. Substantial modifications must be made to add value.​

  • No Misuse of Content: You are strictly forbidden from using the content in any manner that promotes hate speech, discrimination, violence, or any illegal or unethical activities. The content must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and ethical standards.​

 

4. Consequences of Violation

Any breach of this License Agreement will result in the immediate termination of your rights to use the content. We take license violations seriously and may pursue legal action to recover damages.​

  • Non-Transferable: This license is granted to a single individual or business and cannot be transferred or assigned to others.

While our PLR Content is designed for flexibility, you cannot resell, give away, or transfer the PLR rights. Additionally, sharing the editable or original files with others outside your business is prohibited.​
