1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. We encourage you to review product descriptions and, if available, sample content before making a purchase to ensure it meets your needs.​

 

2. Subscription Services

We offer subscription plans, including but not limited to:​

  • ROI FREE: Access to select free downloadable e-learning and PLR products.

  • ROI BASIC: Subscription at $20/month, providing access to both free items and basic ROI products.​

  • ROI ADVANCED: Subscription at $199/month, granting access to all products, including advanced items, and a 10% discount on select services.​

  • ROI ADVANCED (LIFETIME): One-time subscription payment of $1791, granting access to all products, as well as "FREE" Bonuses that includes: 

*ROI ADVANCED (LIFETIME) is a limited time offer that is for the first 300 customers, or will be eliminated by January 1, 2026.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to subscription content will continue until the end of the billing period, after which it will be revoked. No partial refunds are provided for cancellations made mid-cycle.​

 

3. Services

For services such as content development, coaching, consulting, or any other personalized offerings, specific terms and conditions, including refund policies, will be outlined in the individual service agreements. Please refer to your service contract for detailed information.​

 

4. Exceptions

In certain circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase and will be evaluated based on their merit. Approval of refunds in these cases is at the sole discretion of ROI Machines.​
